Drinking Water ..... anyone not drink enough?

i know its really unhealthy, but i always find myself drinking juice or pop

i don't drink NEARLY enough water, maybe 1 glass a day, if that

whats the long term effect of not drinking enough? anything serious?

I drink a gallon a day and you should drink at least 8 glasses your body will be better for it

I drink alot of water. Last summer I was only drinking juice, but I think I still prefer the water !

I do the exact same thing.... go for days with drinking juice but no water and then all of the sudden at 4am I wake up totally dehydrated and want a gallon oh water. So bad for you, but I can't stand drinking water for some reason.

Plenty of water is a good thing, though I always hear people saying 8 glasses a day and shit. I have looked around and honestly can not find a reputable source for that.
I would imagine juice is plenty good for you as well.

I've been making a concious effort to drink more water daily. Gave up pop except when out. I feel better, and look better. I was noticing today that most of my eye wrinkles have SERIOUSLY diminished. I've found the best way for me to do it is with the 16 oz bottled waters. I know, lots of waste, but when I have them in "single" doses like that I do much better at drinking enough then if I'm drinking out of a cup.

hey that's something i learned new today! thanks!!!

i drink about 3-4 glasses a day, only half of what is recommended. but everytime there's a chance, i drink coconut water. they said it's better that ordinary water.

i read an article in a major australian newspaper about people addicted to drinking water, 8 glass a day b/s etc. Apparently it can do more harm than good, especially if your relying on bottled spring water etc. Because your body is workin overtime with all the water your drinkin + pissing out it doesn't have time to take the chemicles you need out of it. So your sodium/magnesium etc levels drop and you put yourself in worse health than you were drinking lower amounts of water. I think the point they tried to make was find an amount of water that keeps you healthy and one where your not runnin to the bathroom every 30min to take a piss.

You need the water by itself..All the other forms of liquid from juice to crystal lite has sodium in it...sodium at the obvious is bad for the heart but drinking liquid with sodium actually cases increased thirst and helps to dehydrate you..
Like someone else said it is great for the skin & keep the bodies natural elasticity. Drink your water!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was a such thing as drinkign too much water (humanly possible), I'd probably be in that category . That's pretty much all I drink except real OJ or sometimes ice tea.

i used to drink nothing but soda and chocolate milk... for YEARS

but now i pretty much drink nothing but water... i always have 6 or 7 bottles in the fridge ready to go
