Photoshop help - slicing a big PSD splash page

Hello all,

I'm hoping one of the kind GFY souls could help me out here I do freelance work for a local car dealership, and the designer that created their webpage "borrowed" some design ideas from a major retail corporation <cough... Best Buy... cough>. So of course, a couple of months pass by and they get a cease and decist letter.

Problem is, the designer that whipped up this graphic is no longer with the company, and Photoshop is not my forte at all. So I've been trying to hit up a few of my graphic guru buddies for the past two days for help, but nobody seems to be around this weekend -- so I figured I would take it to board.

Basically it's like this... there is a logo within the PSD file that needs to be replaced. So I found the layer which contains the original image, I pulled it out, and replaced it with a different image to comply with the cease and decist. Now I need to slice the splash page graphic up to match the exact slices that the first designer used, so I can simply overwrite the jpg files that are on the server right now and not have to make any HTML changes. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to match up those slices... so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If someone has time I can give you a link to the PSD file from my server, and show you the current page so you can look at the sliced image dimensions. So if any graphics gurus out there could lend a hand, hit me up on ICQ at 14592420
