Gotta love the last min 2257 announcements
You know I can understand this whole 2257 shit was a big deal and very hard to come up with a good plan for a lot of sites.
However I think it's pretty shitty of how many big programs have waited until the last possible moment leaving their affiliates screwed. Luckily "most" of my stuff can easily be turned softcore and what sites can't, are being switched to text. So I'm lucky as my stuff is easy to switch, however I know a lot of guys are truly fucked with the amount of stuff they have to change. Then top it off with programs waiting until the last possible min to issue their new rules. Well it's really fucked up to say the least.

many attorneys are still drafting their opinions. soem are banking their opinions on the hopes of an injunction.
It's not the programs doing things last minute to fuck with you. There are TONS of companies out there fighting for the time of 5-10 decent industry attorneys.
