Not for the theme of their site though. Unless they are advocating and counselling others to commit real acts of violence and murder that is. Otherwise it's all just fantasy, and is as protected as content of a similar nature appearing in movies and on TV. And... there are a lot of movies with scenes of violence and murder against women out there. A lot.

Now, some of you may disagree with me and not like my answer and that's fine. But the fact of the matter is, sites like that are currently legal in the US and protected under freedom of expression. Who's to say it won't happen? Shutting it down won't stop that but if I were the models and/or families of those people depicted on the site I would be quite worried and offended by such a site.
