Paintiffs and FSC: It would be cool if
Anybody that already has a lawyer goes for a class action where everybody can join without having to join FSC if they don't have the money

I don't think it is bad, but just to have a second option, plus if there are people that for any reason don't like FSC we will be a lot more plaintiffs for the same cause anyway.
