Looks at his SC nomination. Nothing like get EVERYONE except conservative whites in an uproar. So much for a "moderate" and "consensus" pick. Bush talks about "diversity" so naturally he picks a WHITE MALE.

Women will hate this because Bush isn't replacing a woman with a woman.
Minorities will hate it because he didn't choose a minority.
Liberals and basically anyone that believes in TRUE freedom( and not just freedom for white Christians ) will hate this choice.

If a white male tops the picks for quality/history/ability, then so be it. You don't pander to the masses just to have some sort of "Star Trek" mix of people on the court, lol.
