I think to myself...

I've lasted this long, why would I want to waste my efforts so faS. so if I have a cig now... those 73 hrs would be a total fucking waste. And I dont like to waste my time on shit.

Ill tell ya the truth though... The hardest part about this whole thing is working. I am so used to and in the habit of lighting up when I am at one of the pcs.

Lile take gfy for example... I am so used to pissin with a cig in hand... Its almost un-natural to not have one... But Im gettin over it... replacing it with like gum, and the fucking amazing ice pops my wife bought last week... As if she knew id need them or somethin...

the 3 day hump is the worst, you'll be alright. don't hang out with your smoker buddies for at least a month, it'll be worth it in the long run.

Exactly, I quit cold turkey 4 years ago and you will soon understand how stupid, being addicted to nicotine was. As an ex-smoker, you won't be able to tolerate smoke anymore. And it shouldn't take that long to reach that stage.
