program owners thoughts on spamming?

i was wondering what program owners thing about people spamming their sites? why do you cancel their accounts etc. when you are still making money.. are there any legal implicaitons?

Not only do i welcome spam, but we have a list of 8 million email addresses (and growing) that we make available to all our affiliates.

Now, if you'll excuse me, i have a class action suit against me and gotta be in court soon.

A lot of sponsors accept clicks from spammers, but you'll never see them admit it on a public board, gary is an exception to every rule.

Then when they get heat they can "cancel" the account and make everyone happy.

I know of certain places that I see lots of spam for, ifriends and whoacash, are two that come to mind. spam them.
