what thumbnail program can make pics the exact size you want them? eg 200px x 200px

Lots of programs will do this but you will either lose the ratio from non square images or it will auto crop in places you dont want.
Its is best to manually crop to square because this enables you to choose the best part of the image before making the tiny thumbnail. All depends on how good you want the results, if its for TGP galleries then I guess auto cropping will suffice. Stuff To Try Here |

Use PSP its not too heavyweight and will capture crop and re-size in a few simple key strokes
