They took more then 3,000$ from me for a week...

Dear Vendor

This notice is to inform you of the suspension of your 2CO account, and the forfeiture of the remaining funds on your account. In addition 2CO retains the right to further legal recourse if the balance on the account is in the negative or in the event that it becomes so.

Upon joining 2CO you agreed to abide by the TOS (Supplier Agreement) and to comply with our prohibited products list.

Nothing new in that CC! Tho they "appear" to be claiming a TOS violation - whether it is may be another matter.

Bottom line 2CO have the same attitude as iBill and the same level of competence. They have "taken" loads of people for mugs for a good few years now and totally incapable of checking out anything beyond the time of day.

I am taking them to court over this matter they will lose.. We have already been investigated by the FBI and FDA so we have nothing to hide or lose!

You deserve to be shut down. You run your business off of misleading the buyer.

Your bottles mimic prescription bottles, your products are mispells of steroids, and lastly they don't work.

Hopefully 2checkout.com gives you your $3,000 and takes away their processing.

a wish for anonymity is not a bad thing. Not everyone can afford to have the world know they are pushing porn. Some of us live in communities, neighborhoods, and work other jobs that would not put up with such a thing.
