in fact in my email to her again I told her I thought she was a smart girl and to think about things and come up with a solution - that she would determine how things played out from here. in that email she warned about copyright issues - the only thing she was warned about that would affect affiliates were NEW galleries put up with the content in question.

For the next couple weeks and that, she has been advised not to post in this thread anymore and to her affiliates who have any questions or concerns know how to contact her.

I already had Ashley on the books to shoot, before all of this. I'am local to her.

Why would you advise her not to post here? Maybe if she posted here she could address concerns of affiliates?

I for one am 100% confused with this whole saga!

Nothing has been explained properly - it almost seems as if she has misunderstood Mutt and that the existing hosted gals will be fine along with the existing ccbill links - but who fucking knows????

Ashley should post in this thread/GFY so we(affiliates) know what the hell is going on! Telling her not to post here is just plain dumb.

This is John - and yes he's been helped alot too by me during the dame time period I helped Ashley. And now lets begin to post that I help John because I am secretly infatuated with him

There would never have been an AshleyBrookes.com without John Emslie - it was February of this year and Ashley had managed to shoot 21 photosets in over 5 months - I'd tried to help problem solve but she had other things to do - unemployed college dropouts have a demanding life down there in Kansas. So John got the job of flying down there for 8 days to shoot Ashley - and he did a great job. Her members love the content John shot on her.
Ashley at the time was still fun and sweet - they both had a good time.

Flash forward 3 months - Ashley needs content again - these sites gobble up content fast and there'd been a problem getting John's video camera down to him in Kansas when he was there. Her members were bitching about videos. By this time Ashley's site had launched and she got off to an amazing start - 40 plus signups a day - always in the mid 30's to low 40's - money is flowing in. And Ashley changes - big time, the money and her new found 'stardom' definitely went to her head. John at the time was having serious financial stress - and a new home he had purchased, a fixer upper, needed a ton of work just to be inhabitable. So John busted his ass for weeks trying to get things finished enough for Princess Ashley's arrival. Again he was going to donate a week of his time and talent - all for her benefit. I was nervous because both John and I had dealt with her new personality in recent weeks.

My worst fears were realized - she showed up in Winnipeg and behaved like a rude arrogant twit. The first time I contact John to see if Ashley made it up there ok all he says is 'Dan - this isn't the same girl'. I know she isn't. I'm still defending her at this point - saying its the money and celebrityhood and she'll get over it - John says 'No - I'm seeing the REAL girl - what I saw in Kansas was the one who was on her best behaviour'. And I knew he was right. She had a ton of work to get through that week, all kinds of content needed to be shot - and a good amount of it for affiliates - promo stuff. She gave John the message in no uncertain terms that she would be shot when SHE felt like it, and would do as she pleased. That week ended abruptly with a fight and tears. It should have been the end but I relented and gave her one more shot to prove she was more than what she had revealed so far. Nothing. The cockiness was something I had never dealt with before with her.

This doesn't make sense at all people having money stress giving away their time freely when the money is flowing in, people giving people who don't want to work and have bad latitudes tons of chances when they haven't ever even met this person and they are not making money off this. He said "it was never about the money" what I think is that he hope to get some play now he knows that he can't get any. Selling her the content would just fill himself with more regret helping a brat get rich, he would rather keep the content to spite. Hell id do the same thing. This just show you can't buy friendship, in this case, helping people for free. Only help someone that deserve it.

dude she is getting new content shot - if she had been at home she could have shot the content already and replaced what isn't hers. but again Ashley doesn't think about her affiliates or anything else.

her original content was shot in 7 days - I am giving her 10 days from now - that's more than enough time to get her content shot and up.

no affiliates will be put out money or traffic on my account.

i built her up at one time because I felt she was worth building up - later on when I was on GFY promoting Ashley as her own webmaster and running her own show I did it with a purpose - she loves to see herself written and talked about that way - I thought if she could at least see it there was a shot it could motivate her to be it.

Ashley hasn't done NOTHING - there was a time when she was doing practically nothing - in mid June I spent a week creating step by step tutorials so detailed with screencaps a child could follow along and finally teaching her at least something - basic tasks of updating her site.

Ok guys, it's come down to the wire and Mutt still will not work with me on this. I have decided that I'm going to keep the current site up until I can have it totally replaced. This simply effects too many people. Mutt - sue me if you want! I should be able to have the switch over completed in a week. If he sues me - oh well. I have asked Mike69 to work with the NATS people on providing a suitable change over from CCbill to NATS that will not interrupt your traffic. So the most that should happen is you guys will have two stats areas to check.
Again, sorry for all the drama. This seems to be the best option to affect the least amount of people.

I have decided that I'm going to keep the current site up until I can have it totally replaced. This simply effects too many people. Mutt - sue me if you want! I should be able to have the switch over completed in a week. If he sues me - oh well. I have asked Mike69 to work with the NATS people on providing a suitable change over from CCbill to NATS that will not interrupt your traffic. So the most that should happen is you guys will have two stats areas to check. Again, sorry for all the drama.
