Ipod to computer?

Anyone know how to download my Ipod to my personal PC? Is it possible to download Ipod to Ipod? I just got one and its a pretty cool little gadget just trying to make it a little better. Thanks in advance.

That CD it comes with when you buy it. It's there for a reason!

Okay maybe I need to be little more straight up. Many of my friends have Ipods and I want their music and audio books on my Ipod.

you can just copy the songs to your disk - they're in a hidden folder on the ipod filesystem that you can view as a windows drive. but they're all out of order, so you can't pick and choose, really. its easier to get one of the free utilities that does it.

When I got a new pc I wanted to get the songs from my ipod back on my hard drive. I found this software called Ipod Agent and it worked perfectly ;) Reverse transfer. On all the forums I read it was not possible to do without a third party software
http://www.ipodsoft.com/index.php?/software/podplus

Hope that helps

Apple designed it on purpose this way to not be able to reverse tranfer using their software because of a liscencing agreement with the record companies so people could not so easily share music. Bunch of thieves you all are for stealing music.
