Check out www.amateurupskirts.com from www.nichemoney.com. It's been going since 1998, and I personally shoot all the content for it. The surfers actually get access to all 3 of my sites! Got tons of hosted galleries. It's really more of a panty fetish site then an upskirt site, but does very very well with upskirt traffic.
