MSN Messenger traffic ?
So I just saw that there is a search button right on the chat window.. If you put a keyword, like boobs, here's what it gives :
Basic_man search : boobs Results found : Want Boobs http://www.wantboobs.com/mini/brunette/ Want Boobs, Busty and Blonde Girl Amateu http://www.wantboobs.com/mini/blonde/ I Love Bouncing Boobs http://www.ilovebouncingboobs.com/join.html More results... So, who got traffic from messenger ?

I don't think you'll get any traffic directly from messenger, if you do a search it opens a new window, if someone clicked your listing, it would show from msn.com as usual.
