Obviously its worthless as far as most standard sponsors go that are on most TGP's, but I get the feeling the internet is a very new item in most of china. Maybe Chinese Internet 2005 = western Internet 1995? If the price is right & the billing system is appropriate there's probably tons of chinese new to the web that might be willing to pay a small amount for access to something. Beats the hell out of letting it screw up your traffic trades anyway.
