I saw in their policies that Penthouse doesnt allow you to promote their program with the word penthouse (and a few others) in your domain. Does anyone know if this applies to subdomains as well. (ie: http://penthouse.mydomain.com)

Sorry for the delay in getting back on this one but I had to get some wording from our lawyers.
Basically they say it is ok as long as:
a)the subdoimain is used only for Penthouse Partners material and
b)Penthouse is the only brand used on the pages in the subdomain that contains the name Penthouse.

If you need any more clarification let me know
