Zycam works really well. It is full of Zinc and a few other things. It totally helps shorten the life of a cold. Also take some Vitamin C... i'd go with at least 1,500mg throughout the day. Good luck!

For me the best remedy is just a lot of sleep. I don't try to fight it. I load up on some tylenol or whatever for the aches. Get some kleenex and sleep for 18 hrs.
