I need some T-shirts made
Sup All -
I am looking to get some t-shirts made with a drawn cartoon logo on them. Do any of you have any suggestions on the process I should use to get this done? Should I go silk-screen or is there a better process to get some NICE/PROFESSIONAL looking work done. The graphic should be made at 300dpi correct? Any help is appreciated. |

Screen Printing will probably be the cheapest. You can only have so many colors though.

Blank shirts will cost you as much as $3.00 each for super high quality. And the printing charge will be determined by the number of colors, what color garment you're printing on and how many locations you'll be printing on the garment. Even still, in moderate quantity (72 pieces) you should be able to get the printing for around $2.00 a garment or less, depending on the factors I just noted. Colors are actually unlimited with 4-color process printing, so don't let that be a factor. Any printer worth his salt will be able to do this for you. You can have anyone in the country print the shirts for you -- shipping is so cheap these days...just be sure to use a bulk carrier and ask for a pallette rate if it's a large quantity of shirts. I wouldn't go less than 300dpi for garments. If you need someone to design your logo and who has massive experience with creating art for T-Shirt printing, look up my old buddy David Link at http://www.linkartworks.com Good luck!
