BRANDON SHALTON RECEIVES ASACP SERVICE RECOGNITION AWARD

Los Angeles - (November 18, 2005) ? Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) announced that Brandon Shalton aka Fight the Patent, President of Cydata Services, was the recipient of the ASACP Service Recognition Award during a presentation at the XBiz Awards.
Since 2003 Brandon has provided his services, the use of his priority technology and acted as ASACP?s CTO. Brandon customized technology tools like web spidering programs and image processing applications for ASACP. These tools free up the Compliance and Site Review Manager to do more research on valid child pornography sites and facilitate more detailed statistical analysis. His spidering technology verifies that each Approved Member complies with the ASACP Code of Ethics. It is through these tools that that ASACP has the empirical data which proves that the professional adult entertainment industry is not involved in child pornography (www.asacp.org/press/pr062405.html).

Brandon continues to work with ASACP on a daily basis. He managed the implementation of its redesigned site earlier this year. He is consistency modifying the membership system to incorporate new features. He modified cpHotline.org for P2Patrol. Due to this, ASACP was named to the 2005 Associations Advance America Honor Roll, a national awards competition sponsored by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) (http://www.asacp.org/press/pr071805.html) and received a Certificate of Recognition from California Assembly Member Paul Koretz.

Thanks to all, especially to all the great sponsors and members. I'm not much of an award-ego-driven person, but I do appreciate the recognition.

There really is alot of good things that goes on behind the scenes in trying to making a real difference in having CP websites get shutdown.

This is my third year (wow how time flies) in working with ASACP in using technology to assist in the cp reporting and documenting process.

Always busy fighting somethin' (patents, .XXX, cp, free speech issues, hipocrasy, etc)
