Why Won't CPanel Add My Domain/Recognize The Nameservers Are Updated?
Ok, I have added plenty of domains on cpanel, now I registered a domain about 12 hours ago, updated nameservers, whois.sc shows updated nameservers and that the domain is registered. Now I try to add it in cpanel and I get this:
Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar So I go to dnsreport and it says the domain is not registered. Is it just a matter of waiting until everywhere recognises it? Or what? I mean 12 hours should be enough of a wait to add it in cpanel. ![]() |

No idea why cpanel would care whether or not nameservers were set up. I mean I can add test.com to mine which I obviously don't own, it just wouldn't resolve. |

You can just disable that option (the message if the domain is not registered) in the main config of WHM
