Average time on a MGP / TGP design?

What is the average time a designer uses on a tgp / mgp design with nice header and hall of fame, todays galleries, yesterdays etc? What are most people seeing? a few hours? a day?

It depends a lot of who you use and how customized is the design. I personally spent hours tweaking my designs and trying little details / color changes to see how it affected the prod.

Ya would give a designer 2-3 days on a nice one. It isn't something I would want a designer to shoot through in a few hours.

if it is just the main page 4-8 hours, if you include the webmaster pages it all add's up.

maybe like 10 hours for a solid design.

all depends on the designer, some work quick, some take 2 days , some take a week.

When I ask a designer for a tgp design they usually turn it around for me within a day. However after that it takes weeks to get the right content into them and even longer to make sure the site is tweaked right.

After the initial design I buy from a designer the official launch isn'r for another 8 weeks.

Everytime I make myself a new site -- the only work I put into it really is placing a couple of advertisements and designing a good header for the page -- my script, RED-EYE does the rest for me. The first public release will be available soon
