Here's a simple little online program:

Make links

It's pretty simple...just enter some URL's and it will generate html linking code using the domain name as anchor text. Or dump in a ton of keywords into the anchor box and then you get random anchor links...tested at 4,000 urls ;-)

Part of a larger page generating system, but I thought it would make a cute little online tool
