My sleep rhythm is totally fucked up.. I can goto bed 06.30pm and wake up 02.00am and stay up. Somtimes i goto bed 6am and wake up 04.00pm. what about you?

im on a very strict sleeping schedule:
in bed by 11pm, up by 8am, 7 days a week.

i've suffered through MONTHS of insomnia this year, to the point where I was driving my friends, family and my boyfriend away. (i would snap on all of them, daily.) and i dont wanna get hooked on drugs like ambien or something. so, i have to re-wire my sleeping pattern.

Using a similar schedule, I have huge problems making both personal & business appointments. My record for staying awake non-stop is about 24 hours. I just can't last.

same here though my rhythm is about 1 or 2 hours earlier.... go to bed at about 2 to 4 am and usually wake up around 11 or 12 am
