Ah.. the good old days of hype and press releases with forward looking statements!

Wonderful bullshit quote by Spaniak:

"iBill is a pioneer in the online payment industry with a 10 year track record of reliability and innovation. As part of our January 2005 acquisition of iBill, we clearly saw a significant opportunity to further the iBill brand for many years to come and, based on these payments, we see this objective being fulfilled."

Spaniak needs to got back to working with cars and Steve Markley might just get a job serving back at the Golden Corral Grill.

This is what CMI says indeed.
They still owe us 3 times that much in reserves and 60 times in past due from last year nevertheless?
Not enough to make us love them and shut us up. Maybe only for a short while?

Thats your problem not the people you own money to.. dont come here and tell us your problems.. come here and solve ours..

If you went to a store , bought a 5 dollar item , gave them a $20 bill and they said " sorry i cant give you any change , our money is tied up in a merchant bank " what would your reply be ?

the most likely response would be. " shut the fuck up you lying retard and give me my change "

The short story is , " you are a thief , working for thieves , watch your back "

thought i was the last one

I thought i was the last one who left the sinking ship ibill about 12 months ago. I was very good minded and thought they will solve their problems, even if i was lied by their customer representatives since 2 years before.... I still have very few rebills run with them, the ones i didn't got to swithc with 5 mailings..... few then 500 bucks a month so i don't worry. but forget Ibill, never answered one mail truthfully.... always kept you on the lash... there are plenty of other billers out there.... even for european webmasters.... ccbill, epoch, inet-cash.com....
go go go...
i trusted them for about 4 years and lost about 15000$ even after they teamed up with a third party solution, and left them again and everthing was at it was before...

I am so sick of hearing about IBill, you didn't get your money? No fucking shit, and you'll probably never get it, deal with it and move the fuck on.

If you are still rebilling with them, that's your stupid fucking problem for not using common sense, deal with the consequences of taking that risk.

You all have battered wife syndrome.

Since when does iBill allow Customer Service reps to handle PR? Seriously, this guy was refunding and cancelling transactions a year ago and taking customer phone calls. Now he's a Customer Service Rep, Client Service Rep, Salesman & PR guy. if you are wondering why all your username/password's are being deleted from Password Management he's probably installing the scripts over there too.

Scheduled Maintenance 01/10/06 at 8:00 a.m. EST
iBill will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Tuesday January 10, 2006 beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST. The maintenance will be completed over the course of the day and clients may experience intermittent issues with CMI Reporting and potential RevSharers may experience issues while trying to signup to the RevShare Program. Rebills and Replication will be halted during the maintenance window.

Even though Replication will be halted and clients and RevSharers may not be able to see current activity please be assured that transaction processing for gkard and all other transaction processing systems will continue as NORMAL during maintenance.

ROFLMFAO @"RevSharers may experience issues while trying to signup to the RevShare Program."

Oh, no, don't call me an idiot... ouch that hurts, really, insults always cut so deep like that, specially on here, how fucking original you must feel.

Everyone who still bitch about Ibill here got a new processor back in Sep. 2004 and somehow survived.
That does not mean Ibill can be forgiven.
The posts should stay up to educate new webmasters if nothing better and encourage people to sue ibill. Without fresh blood Ibill won?t be able to survive on the few rebills alone for long. And the stigma should follow on everyone associated with Ibill from AndrewatIbill to Spinach/galanis.

I agree, but the people who are complaining the most are the ones who are complaining about not getting recent payments... Why the fuck are they still supporting iBill and keeping them in business by having transactions with them, yet complaining about them? If you keep giving your money to a thief, you can expect to get robbed.

Just catching up on this thread... That's a very meaningful post precise!

There was a time when Jason and some "associates" were out hyping the hell on share values while at the same time iBill was sinking and they were also hyping the accounts of Penthouse (PHSL).

Gotta agree with you that there is little interest in the iBill shell which is now fronted by Spaniak/Markley and co via IBDI - with some dummies left in iBill - and while the motivators raise a screen of "non-participation". It's a matter of scheduling, timing and slipping into the background.

Oh boy... the usual old droll excuse and sniping over Visa fees. That's really quite sad.

You got a valid point in that anyone who is still currently trading with iBill, gKard or associates, really needs to move off from that asap. But you also got to remember there are probably rebills still rolling along with iBill and they owe the money on these.

PS:
On the VISA shit... I sure as hell would not be paying any money to any card company for the pleasure of giving them business with the pretext this makes something "legal". It's common sense to practice safe-sex and don't get involved in any system where you end up giving a DNA sample and opening your legs and asking to be fucked.

Well, I cancelled over 400 recurring memberships when I knew iBill wasn't going to pay me anymore. I also know about 6 - 8 months in advance that it was going to happen and had a new process ready to go. How? Because like any smart business person, I pay attention to what's going on, and do research.

Yeah, they may have paid me on some or all of the rebills, but I have this little thing I go by, I don't continue to give money to people who fuck me over. But I also have a loyal member base and the majority of them had no problems switching over, plus I gave them a discount incentive to do so.

IBill is a bunch of fucking thieves, and anyone who continues to use them for any reason is as much the problem, if not more the problem, as is iBill, and has, in my opinion, no fucking right to compain about anything.

As for your ps. VISA statement, I have no idea what you are talking about, but it sounds painful.

That sounds like fraud. You should at least put some kind of members' section back up if you're going to keep accepting rebills.

Sorry to hear about your hassle aico!

You are correct in the above. It's like a judge said in one hearing concerning them - "iBill have nobody else to blame for their problems since these were of the company's own making".

Webby, just ignore the pissant. Judging by what you quoted of him saying, he's as ignorant as he is clueless. He hasn't the foggiest notion of our business operations or what we base business decisions on, but evidently that doesn't stop him from opening mouth/inserting foot.

Again, coming from a guy who didn't have his own merchant account, but rather had to use a friends, I am humbled by your expertise.

At least when I open my mouth, I actually know what i am talking about rather than commenting on someone I have on ignore like a little child with his hands over his ears going "Nah Nah, can't hear you, Nah Nah"...

I've seen companies billing for spam offer better reliability.
