SeaHawks vs Packers.

This is why i love playoff betting.

Seattle +3 +145
Green Bay -3 -145

Yes Seattle has clinched playoffs, first seed, first week bye, home town games.
They will be playing second string etc.

But there is no way greenbay will win.

Thoughts?

what playoff betting? did the nfl decide to push the playoffs up one week???

all joking aside.

Greenbay is going to take this game. Hasselbach won't start. Alexander will play the first quarter just to take the TD record. Brett Favre will show us he can still play.

Yea.
Two sure fire bets.
Lakers +5.5 and +155
Dallas -1.5

Still looking at some other games. I think i might take the Knicks over the Nets too.

You know what i mean
When it gets to the few weeks before playoffs, the lines are completley based on other things. And teams begin throwing games.

Any other day, earlier in the season. If Seattle was +3 agaisnt Greenbay, you would put your house on it

And with they way Bret Farve is playing, Seattle is bound to catch a few interceptions. They wont just drop the ball.

I could never put anything up against Brett Favre...even though the guy has looked really ugly as of late...i still <3 him.

He made a bad move playing this season.

People judge a player by his last games, he averaged several interceptions per game.

Not something you want to end your career with.

If the spread goes to 3.5, I would bet against Seattle, even if they do win.

They are motherfuckers with that half point.

Favre is horrible now, and even with 2nd-strong defence he'll be throwing a few picks. I'd play it safe and take the much better team - even in a nothing game.

So why not buy .5 points and take Greenbay.

I think this will be farves last game, so I am liking the packers. He'll bring his A game for one last kick at it. So to speak end it on a high note.

Exactly.
Even if the Seahawks have won you dont want to start throwing games.

The colts did it agaisnt the Chargers and look at the bad luck that followed.

You want to go into the Playoffs knowing you are a better team, Seattle already has losses, they dont need to throw one.

He brought his A game the past few weeks.

Lots of good that did him.

Alex, I took lakers, bucks, grizz tonight in a parlay. Lakers +4, and then tease with lakers and bucks. Why you like that knicks/nets game?

I am irrevocably damaged emotionally.....from betting Seattle.....that's why.

Plus, I no longer gamble. See above reason.

How long have I been saying that?? use the GFY search tool and you will see

I vote Sehawks in the Superbowl. The only team that had a better record than them got stomped last week!! 28 - 13 against the Colts

GO SEAHAWKS

I'm tempted to bet on Seattle, but it's still early. Need to do more research.
