How much do you read?

educationally wise? gfy doesn't count. how often to you pop the top on a new set of dried tree mush and read the ink on it?

i say this because i just got a new marketing book and i realized that although i do a ton of reading online, researching, learning, etc, i don't crack the books as much as i used to.

what did you read last?

recreationally?

for work etc?

I read fiction all the time, almost every night before bed... and I read marketing/computer/engineering/programming books occasionally, more as a reference, I also read various martial arts/excercize/philosophy books occasionally.

been sacrificing sleep for reading since I was a kid.

Last book I finished was Angels and Demons. I'm about to start on The DaVinci Code. I would like to finish it before the movie comes out.

I write more than I read. I read mostly when I shit, which is when you might say I "consume" all my literature -- and then it's usually Academic, Theoretical or trans-genre stuff like Castaneda.

I think the last recreational book I read was Contortionist's Handbook

The author of Fight Club has a quote on the jacket saying it was his favorite book in 5 to 10 years. Really great and twisted.

I read all the time. I read multiple books at the same time. I have reading: Iceburg by Clive Cussler. Also: The rise and Fall of Adolph Hitler. Also: The Cival war books. 3 of them on book 1 right now. Also: Op's Center

Once I get the rest of the Harry Potter books, I will read them as well.

I get 1 weekly mag in the mail, national review, and I read about 2-3 books a month, more depending on how much I travel. if I"m flying around I can easily read half a book per flight if not an entire book depending on where I am going.

I have become so bad on the reading in the last 5-6 years. I have turned to audio books as a second best solution but I am so embarrassed to say that I don't read.

I do a lot of my reading and educational stuff online and on tv. Internet has saved many trees perhaps.

I read two newspapers per day, one fiction book a week and a few non-fiction books per month. I hate reading anything over 1,000 words online, I guess I'm still old school.
