Accounting / Tax Question
I received a bunch of checks today, all dated 12/26/05. Obviously I wont be able to deposit them untill 06.
Do i report them as revenue for 05 or 06? In otherwords is it the date on the check or the date of deposit into my bank that determines which year the revenue should be allocated to? Happy new year GFY! |
