One Fucking Scam, Computer, Software Problem After Another...

Not since 1998 have I had to spend so much time dealing with fucked up computers, software, problems.

I've spent the last week day and fucking night tearing ass and straightening people out.

From Ebay to Toshiba to Sony to cc scams. I've had to go from Mr. Nice Guy to the Incredible Hulk.

I can't believe I have had to debug their shit and their people can't. Again I'm getting "Apologies" up the yin yang. I could go into detail but it would take a new board.

What's coming to light is too much outsourcing without a level of excellence in training. Rushed manufacturing without the rigorous testing before going to market. Software conflicts because one company doesn't like the other one and us consumers end up on the short end.

I've had two major, major companies LIE to me about what they did and didn't do and when I presented the emails that confirmed it, they backed down and showered me with apologies and excuses.

It's a fucking shame. I really feel for the average guy trying to figure shit out cause it took all my energy and time.

It's a common case of corporate soooo far away from consumer that shit gets lost in the stream.

One scam was a credit card double charge. It's a secondary market thing that two major websites fork over your cc info! Now the trick is, if you search the web for the numbers you see on your statement, it takes you to the top one or two Google searches and when you hit the link it freezes your screen. Then if you don't have an automatic spyware zapper your computer freezes up on reboot.

I can tell you right now I am about to rain Holy Hell on these people.

One excuse I got from two companies was how their automated services and responders didn't recognize case, file, document numbers.

WTF? That's the one thing they're supposed to recognize!

Fucking bullshit.

Don't know how customer and technical service is with other companies but deeeeaaaamn! I've never seen the shit I've seen in the past week or two.
