There are plenty people who rememeber that well in Latin America - they lost a fair number of family members.

A casual accquantance who now lives in Costa Rica and who was trained by the "School of Americas" was heavily involved on the borders of Nico and present at meetings there with North.

There is a big difference between the 2 leaks. The first one was for political purposes to payback someone who was telling the truth about a Bush lie.

There wont be a single charge filed over this. Why? There was no crime. If there was guess we will need to put Clinton on trial too. This is standard practice. I aint worried about it thats for sure. Explain what you are trying to say better and I will respond. Not sure what the Federation of American scientists has to do with anything here. The patriot act was made to ensure that all levels of law enforcement could easily share information.
