separate letters, colour them in black and use http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/

There are a zillion fonts out there, all of them (most) are rips from other fonts.
Just go to photoshop, type some text mess around untill you get something you like.
Seperating the letters would take you hours since most stick to eachother, you won't get a clean result.
When you get the letters you like stroke 1 pixel with blending options and pick the color you like.

If you don't know what I'm talking about -----> google photoshop fonts tutorial.

Ow yes another tip, the liquify tool was used as well as drop shadow.
