Bingo! It doesn't even need to be for a day, say there are 10 rebills that will happen between 8pm and 9pm, that's an extra $100-$150 in the program owner's pocket...

WOW. I read this thread about an hour ago and have since then been checking a lot of my ccbill sponsors and the very first one I checked is definitely shaving.
Asian Amateur Cash is shaving from the supposed 50% down to 44%...pics to prove.

I don't use CCBill because they never seem to convert for me but is it possible that the 44% is what you get after splitting the processing fee?

The processing fee has nothing to do with the percentage which is listed in the system. It is automatically taken from sales generated by affiliates. Since it's listed at 44% now it will be taken down to 29% take home for the affiliate.

proc fee is NOT automatic with CCBill. program owner has to decide if he's gonna pay the processing fee himself or pass onto affiliate also the processing fee is a split when he passes on so if the the total proc fee is 15% affiliates pay 7.5% off it. There are sponsors who pay the proc fees themselves so with them 50% would be more like 57.5% equivalent of sponsors that split proc fees with affiliates.

Cheating webmasters on recurring billing is nothing short of MASSIVE FRAUD

Then why not do so when you catch somone shaving ??

The 99 rebills is not a problem, actually I think that it´s the max you can set at CCbill... anyway, that´s more than 8 years... Nobody has a membership for 8 years...

But the 0 rebills is a problem, I´ll be checking my affiliate account with CCbill right now.

The 99 rebill must have fixed, since all my accounts now says unlimited. But 99 was the max a while ago...

It says, "Receive Webmaster Emails:" I always thought that setting was for emails from the webmaster (like newsletters, promotions, etc.) not system emails from ccbill. They should have a setting for webmaster emails and ccbill emails.

A couple of things to note here... CCBill's contract is with the site owner, not the affiliate. Their legal obligations extend to the site owner and that's it.

Are all of these programs using CCBill to cut checks? If they are using a cascading system I don't think the CCBill settings make any difference to the payouts...

Ok here's what I've found out so far.

I just got off the phone with CCBill and the guy I talked to said that when a programs details says Zero, it means they have rebills turned off on their end and that they don't offer rebills.

Much like this one.

Oh, one of my fellow webmasters contacted Ron Harris, and this is what he had to say.

If you have setup an affiliate account in the CCBill affiliate setup page, it would be easy for you to see how this could happen.

I will examine each of the 12 affiliates in this group and personally send them a check for what that have not been paid. I will base the amount on the average percentage of rebills for all affiliates. I have also changed this group to YES and they will be getting all there rebills from today on."

Which to me is a very good explanation, so if you're promoting Ron Harris, please continue to do so.

Hmm... if you read the wording it doesn't actually say anything about paying for rebills. Most of us in the adult industry tend to accept signup+rebills as the norm, but perhaps some people work differently. Best to ask the site owner what's happening.
