depends on the individual shooter.
i'd say anywhere from 4-8 sets. i could do 8 easy. if you're looking for absolute shitty on camera flash amateur shit, then you could get upwards of 15+. it boils down to how good you want your content to be. i know some real meticulous shooters that will only get 2 sets in that amount of time.

depends on the girl(s) and the location. if you are shooting two solo girls in one professional studio with ample changing areas and your sets ready to go, 10 sets shouldn't be a problem. but remember the faster you go the worse the production usually becomes. Everyone including the talent gets tired.
18 frames per second * 60 seconds * 60 minutes * 10 hours = 648000 pictures = 10800 sets of 60 photos

Factor in time for the model to change clothes, switch up the make-up & hair enough to make the sets look different, change backgrounds etc.

On average I typically shoot 250-300 frames in a 3-4 shoot, of which two-thirds are generally usable.
But as others have said, a lot depends on the model, the photographer, the setups, outfit changes, etc. I would think at least 500 pics in a typical 10 hr. photoshoot isn't unrealistic. |

I think the better question should be, "by rushing a photoshoot, how much time do you have to add photoshopping boarder line pictures?"

I would run screaming away if anybody asked me to do more than 3 set on the same girl...If the sets has to be good with a lot of variation, the girl has to look sexy, and with background / make-up /clothes changes, then 3 set's should be the max.

I hate taking more than 1 set of pictures on one model at the same time. So, I'd say 2 sets maximum regardless of time in any given day of the same model. To setup a 10 hour shoot is a brain strain in my opinion. But, if you have different models, then fine, perhaps 5 - 7 sets. And as someone just said, it depends on the photographer. I'm a bit lazy, and so I hate to readjust the lighting, reflectors etc, just to give the impression of a "new" set.

First dont shoot for 10 hours, its a waste of time for both model and photographer. 4 hours is ample to get some nice shots.
Better to do two half day shoots a week apart so that you get some new fresh ideas. You will get stale and very tired shooting 10 hours straight. It easy to get around 6 sets in a 5 hour session for the web but for magazines work you would shoot less. |

Some site owners are more interested in "quantity" then they are in "quality". A talented photographer can shoot as many sets as you want him to in a 10 hour period so the real question is... "how important is having good quality material to you"? The best thing to do is to find a photographer who produces the kind of work that you like and ask them how many sets they can produce in a day. For me, I can typically shoot about 5 to 6 sets of pics a day and a few small video clips and for my clients...that's pefect ![]() ![]() |

A 10 hour photo shoot? you have to be fuckin kidding me?
You will get crap...why? cause there is no photographer that wants to do that...well actually not true there is one photographer I know from Philidelhia that shoots for Mac and Bumble that guy will shoot for fuckin 3 days if you let him. I am sure you know who he is Dean, just can't remember his name right now? However any guy will get way too tired not good! A day for a photographer should be 3-4 sets for quality work

He could do a 10 hour photoshoot easy, and still come out smiling!! Cause, he has seen some pussy! But his pics unsharp and unbalanced etc. But sure, you'll get like thousands of pictures. Actually, there's a few of them up here come to think of it...
