Back/Neck Cracking. Who does it? How do I stop?

I want to stop this awful habit but I can't. I've been to a chiropractor in the past and it didn't help. Anybody overcome this habit? How?

Well I do it... but I dont think it is possible to stop. Specially when you do toes and knuckles as well.

Chiropractor or regular massage therapy might help.

I am going back to a chiropractor for my neck starting next week, they will also show you exercises how to stretch your neck appropriately.

I'm terrible for that! I crack my neck, twist around to crack my back, crack my knuckles - even my shoulders crack! lol

I don't know if there's any way to stop the habit, but I know it feels really good sometimes when it loosens things up!

I don't know how to do any of it. Nothing cracks (on command) except my knuckles.

I DO love when the chiropracter does it. God that feels good.

There is nothing a chiropractor can do.

There's many things you can do

1. Eat properly.
2. Fix your disgestive system (by doing #1 mostly)
3. Drink more water, your dehyrdated.
4. fix your sitting and sleeping posture

stop cracking at least the neck, i'm at the point now when i tilt my head sideways
i get a shooting jolt of electricity sometimes, (very scary feeling)

but when i drink my fluids i dont do it at all, thats really the key
