1) What if customer doesn't pay cash prize?
2) does/will your site offer a referal service?

In answer to your questions, the project posters pay BEFORE the project is posted. We hold the money in escrow, when the business selects the winner and the holding time is up (we have to prevent chargebacks)
then the funds are released via paypal to the winner.

Sure would love the link, We have an adult section in the works, and will link back once that gets setup!!

I am very much interested in a referral service, I have not pondered that much though, I have had a lot on plate, but I definately could use suggestions in how to add a referral/affiliate type system.
