No, I don't hide them, I'm so lazy I don't even open them, I always check my bank statement on-line. He's not nosy so he doesn't go through my stuff. No, that's not really correct, I just want him to pay his share of the rent, I don't feel like I have to pay for everything, plus I don't like the idea of supporting anybody. I feel that is already enough that I pay most of the bills, all I ask is that he pay his share of the rent.

A lot of girls are gold diggers these days and expect the guy to pay for them, I feel that I already do more than enough because I pay for MORE than my half , but he has to pay for SOME, I refuse to support someone 100%. I already do MORE than my half PLUS I help him out a lot with a lot of stuff already. I am already paying fore MORE than half, it's not fair if I have to pay for everything, he's not a child you know.

Anyways, its not lies, he already knows I make more, he just doesn't know the EXACT amount, it's not necessary for him to know down to the exact dollar, it's no ones business but my own.

My hubby knows exactly how much I make and vice verse.

We share everything, bank accounts, paypal accounts, neteller etc...

We sit down together to discuss each others projects and what we are both getting out of them. Then we discuss where the money NEEDS to go and what is left over that we can play with, and then with that we take turns basically. If he wants something then he gets it, the next time I want something I get it.

All our money is in one place and we know exactly what goes where and when. Tnen we know how much we can have fun with. It makes life much simpler and a lot more trusting. If money started to disappear or somthing and we didnt know how much each other was making then there would be a lot of tension between us and over something as silly as money there is no need for it.

My husband has no idea how much money I make.

But I do not keep it from him or would ever lie about it. He works very hard running his own business, and really is way to busy to inquire about mine. It may seem odd to some, but he and I are both of the mindset not to question or bother with each others businesses, except in emergencies. I know nothing of his business field (not adult), and he nothing of mine. For goodness sake, he claims he never has even called a phone sex line.

We have a common account that we both contribute to, but I have never asked him about his business account. The bills are paid, he is working his ass off, and if he wants to keep extra in his and not put it into the common savings or checking so be it.

And bless his heart, he never asks me what I am holding back either.

The most important thing is when we can finally cuddle on the couch together, and be together. We are both incredibly financially aggressive, and yes it serves us well, but we would be lost without each other.
