Do you get used to it?

I decided to pull 2 all nighters for tests, and drank tea/consumed caffeine pills. Now I'm all jumpy with the slightest noise, and tend to shake uncontrollable for a moment in different segments of my body.

Does a persons body get used to such lack of sleep and is no longer jumpy?

When I was in school, I learned to function with little to no sleep...very grueling and very demanding...none of us were very healthy, as a result...and I truly believe our mental acuity decreased with sleep deprivation.

I don't do that anymore. I find that I'm much fresher and more alert when I have regular sleeping patterns that fit in with my circadian rhythms.

People who say things like "sleep is for the weak" and other baloney are so full of crap, lol.

You need good sleep to do well while you're awake. Dont forget to eat either.
