Easy to use shopping cart for non adult?

Preferably something that can be integrated to fax / email orders collected on the net.

Are there any important options that you are looking for in it (i.e. on-the-fly customization, realtime updating, etc.)?

Just need something easy to adapt to multiple websites and will work with offline businesses that fill the orders.

if you are looking for a nice clean easy cart, try VirtuCart. Great little open source project and I have a few installs running wihout problems. But if you are looking for alot of product handling features i'd stick with zen

Oscommerce is great BUT it's NOT an easy solution. Out of the box it looks fucking terrible and has many of the most important modules not included as standard. Not a problem if you're confortable altering basic PHP scripts with instructions but not an 'easy' solution.
