I don't think it will be that long before sponsors start hosting custom TGPs, including scripts. All the affiliate has to do is build trades. And of course they'll want 60% or $50PPS for it.

I finished going thru 200 sponsors sites and noticed very few of them offered hosted thumbs. Among those that do offer thumbs, 88X88 is size most available (±6% of sponsors offering it) followed by 90X120 (±5%) then 110X150 (±2%). The other sizes that sponsors provide are:
- 100x100 (less than 1%)
- 100x130 (less than 1%)
- 100X150 (less than 1%)
- 100x133 (less than 1%)
- 125X150 (less than 1%)
- 150X200 (less than 1%)
- 160X160 (less than 1%)
- 120x160 (less than 1%)

Sorry... I meant that most of TGPs use 90x120. It's a surprise for me that sponsors offer mostly 88x88.

The only way is to get a big thumb first and then pre-resize it in 1px steps. It will be too slow to resize on the fly.
