pop rap has really hit rock bottom now..
so i see this new vid of fucking nelly, one of the worst pop rappers of all times.
this fucking song is called 'air force ones', ok i can still live with that if its not all the time about the shoes and nothing else... but it is. The fucking sets are: - Shoe store set with only air force ones - A set with walls of nike shoe boxes - and a wall u see in shoe stores with only air force ones on it. And then the lyrics... a fucking 3 minute holy anthem about nike air force ones! A huge nike commercial. Jesus christ... back to my freshly d/loaded yukmouth+regime mixtape.. ahh.. |

the song was catchy and it kept stores sold out for months and months after the song. Pop meaning popular is about conformity and this is nothing more than a good example of its power. Air Force Ones became the new swatch watch, being from Europe you may not understand what that means, but anyone from the US who was alive in the 80's probably remembers how many people were trying to collect colors and color combinations.
