Called out GOOGLE for click fraud and got FULL refund!

I did Google AdWords campaign(s) when the clicks took off like a madman, while at the same time I could not log in to my AdWord campaign control panel.

I complained.

I had about 1:40 signup ratio on my little test before I lost access. Once i lost access my clicks went into the thousands without me being able to stop the campaign.

They sent me a link to their terms and conditions.

I told them what I did for a living and it was not acceptable for a mini refund unless they could prove I was wrong. I also told them I suspeced click fraud. I demanded FULL refund or else I would charge back everything to the cc.

I got full refund AND an apology.

About 6 hour later the story about GOOGLE clickfraud class action lawsuit emerged.

Guess my timing was right.

Anyone else with similar stories?

Hello Oystein,

Thank you for your response. I'd like to thank you for your patience and
inform you that we've applied a credit in the amount of US$411.14 toward
your account.

This amount appears as an adjustment on your Billing Summary. To view this
credit, log in to your account at adwords.google.com, and click the 'My

Hello Oystein,

Thank you for your reply. I see that you still would like to receive a
credit for the 23rd through the 25th of February because you were unable
to access your account during this period of time.

Please note that after further reviewing your situation, I'd be happy to
apply a one-time courtesy credit in the amount of $411.14 to your AdWords
account for the period of time you were having difficulty accessing your
AdWords account.

So peeps - Dont give in! Even if the battle seems uphill with a giant like Google. If you are right, they are wrong! So dont give up.

Have a great weekend, logging off...

Grats ... Good timing too. They let this problem be for too long and they will pay the price. On the net, 95 % of the times you go for quick money, you loose in the end.
