Help, computer problem.

The CPU on our computer is constantly working at 100% and makes everything go slower. What can be the cause of this? What to do to fix it? Thanks for your “help

Yup, checked for spyware.

Sorted by CPU in the taskmanager (thanks, didn't know you could do this ;) ) and found something called MaxBackServiceIn... Any idea what this is for?

sounds fishy, i would kill it anyway. get spybot, update it, and scan your system. reboot and see if that process comes back

Think I've figured out what it's for. We bought a backup HD a week ago and it seems to be connected with that... Spybot couldn't find anything so i think it's not spyware related.
