It's about that time... everything is running a bit slow for me, I'm sure to much shit has piled up for even the best reg cleaner or optimization program to handle...
Format the harddrive. Gone over the checklist... Emails backed up Client files backed up Personal files backed up Porn backed up Am I missing anything? Wish me luck...

after you reinstall all , make a copy of the hdd and then the next time just restor to that point

I've had Windows XP SP2 installed for 33 weeks now, and it still runs like new. I'm curious what you're doing wrong.
