If she was a longtime friend or "buddy" that you trusted i would say of course you should...

To be honest though you have to wonder about the mental stability of a girl that has known you for such a short period of time and wants to move in with any guy that fast...or her motives...

You might come home to an empty house, stolen credit cards, and an empty bank account if you dont watch out...

i wouldn't let her move in man... if she's willing to sleep with you on the second date I think that says something about the type of girl she is. Who knows, it could work out... but I wouldn't invest too much into it (emotionally or money wise).
