i have known him for over 4 years now, and a while back you may have heard about the guy who posted the ms source code on his page, and someone bought it twice for $40.

so hes basically getting 2 years for $40 profit kinda sucks.

The code Genovese sold was widely distributed on the Internet prior to his sale. Following an investigation, Genovese was arrested in November 2004. In January 2006, he was sentenced to two years in federal prison, largely due to an extensive previous criminal history.

Genovese self-surrendered to US Bureau of Prisons officials on 14 March 2006.

His site illmob.org was also responsible for the celebrity reign of terror in 2005 resulting in the public releases of some very intimate material:

Vida Guerra cellcam pics
Fred Durst's porn video [Blender interview]
Eve (rapper)'s Sex Tape
Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's cell pics
Paris Hilton's cell phone phonebook.
On February 19, 2005, the contents of Hilton's personal T-Mobile account were posted to the Internet.[1] They included phone numbers (which included many celebrities such as Nicky Hilton, Christina Aguilera, Fred Durst, Eminem, Lindsay Lohan, Alsou, Nicole Richie, Jay-Z, Anna Kournikova, Snoop Dogg, Andy Roddick, Kimberly Stewart, Benjie Paras, Avril Lavigne, Frankie Muniz, Ashlee Simpson), notes (with even more numbers and email addresses and reminders such as her date to host Saturday Night Live), and thirty-five digital snapshots. In two of the leaked photos, Hilton is standing topless next to the MTV Latin America's VJ Eglantina Zingg, whom she kisses. In other leaked videos, she is seen making out with celebrity lesbian Ingrid Casares and Playboy Playmate Nicole Lenz.

he may of posted the paris hilston phone book and pictures once he saw them online already but he wasnt the one who did it....

when i first posted them on here, before anyone had them, i remember evan asking me about them, before they even surfaced, same with fred durst, i posted about 6 months before it even came out

they decide the penalty based on what you do, not how much money you get from it. you could kill someone for a penny and it wouldnt make it any less of a crime because it was only a penny.
