What the fuck is up with this. I have a Mastercard with like $5,000 left in credit on it. I tried to use it earlier this morning to grab a key for vcd cutter as some clips I bought won't load in virtual dub and my ulead is fucked up but it said it was declined by the bank network. So I wait it out until tonight which is a new day and I get this shit.

This fucking card has plenty of credit, I've never charged anything back or asked for a refund and I live in Canada; not exactly a third world country. I think they're just trying to get their hands a new card number for the database they run.

NOW WAY! CCBILL Rocks! I had this problem once I (I live in Canada too), just give a bit more than a day since they are in a different time zone, it would work fine, has nothing to do with your credit or bank.

I use CCBILL with all my sites, never had any serious issues.

I know it's got nothing to do with my credit or bank. It's just a fucking piss off. I've been sitting on this content for about a week and when I go to chop it and encode it the fucking shit won't work in any of my progs and I'll be damned if I'm going to format just to see if that works.

i don't have any problem with online systems using VISA except once when search7 couldn't verify any of my two cards, so i gave up....

Keep hitting that card repeatedly in a 24 hour period and we'll ban it outright, common practice to stop fraud.

Bad response from the bank doesn't always mean they declined you, they may have been unavailable when we tried to talk to them, those things happen. The banking system relies on computers and connections too, and if they time out, there's not much we can do to force it.

Or your bank may have declined you, it's not always a matter of you having credit available. Abnormal spending patterns, especially online or while traveling, often trigger a bank decline.

Thanks for the possible explanations as to why the card was declined KimmyKim. It was just a piss off to have a perfectly good card denied when I needed that s/n# too get the software working so I could do some work.

ULead Media Studio Pro 6.5 will chop and encode but it's screwed up. So I tried to load the clips into virtualdub to cut them but I get an error(Mpeg Import Filter: pack syncronization error); so I wan't to use vcd cutter to chop it and encode with xing or panasonic.
