I have always been more motivated to workout in the late evenings but, lately I have been getting out on my mountain bike at about 7am for a good, heart thumping, hour long ride. Around 6pm I hit the weights.

What time of day do you feel most motivated?

That was the problem I was having. We live far enough outside of town that there are some great dirt trails we can ride. Nothing like an hour ride first thing in the morning with the sun beaming down to get the day started.
