How often do you all do this? Lunch is always fast food & dinner/supper is at the bar 4-5 nites a week. It eating out over 10 times a week too much?

10-15 times per week. But it's not that expensive here in Manila

I go out to lunch maybe twice a week, three times at most for dinner.. and after church on Sundays for breakfast because I'm such a good little girl.

i go to have some icecream or cake 3 times a week, go to restaurant once a week or two weeks, depends on where i am. I make good supper when at home or go to restaurant when journey.

hrmm ... that's a good question. I can go a month without eating out, and I can go a month by eating 15 meals at home.

I love cooking but I don't always have the time, it all depends on my schedule.

I remember I've been a good 6 months without eating out more then once a week and I lost a good 20 pounds right there.

P.S. I'm not a fast food fan... so eating out is pretty much always over 20$ for me.
