DVD Decrypter.
I'm using this with DVD Shrink. Good free software.

Use DVDFab Decrypter in place of DVD Decrypter, DVDFab Decrypter can do more dvds now especially since DVD Decrypter is no longer updated. But spot on with DVD Shrink choice
