What are the best places?
Is there a paid service you can ping them and then they ping the rest for you? So it doesn't hang your wordpress for 20 minutes? |

I just use Pingoat. Most of my network's traffic come from people quoting my posts or my feeds. Here's a tip re blogging: use a very provocative personality for your posts. Drama, just like in forums, sell well on blogs.

Pingomatic does all those anyways. If you add some other services you are just spamming your XMLRPC updates. These are the bigger one's. As for adult services I'm not sure of.
