*Fedora, Centos or Red Hat - no big diff
*At least 1-2GB RAM, preferably more
*At least 80-120gb Disk space on raided drives
*Bandwidth - dont need much, 1mb with burst is enough
*Cpanel - whatever but not webmin
*Powerful, preferably dual, cpu
*Offsite Backup preferred
